Accountant role will have you handling month-end closes, financial reporting, and mentoring junior staff. Our client, known for its commitment to excellence, seeks an experienced Senior Accountant/Accounting Lead. This position offers an exceptional chance for those who enjoy team-oriented settings. You'll support day-to-day accounting operations while contributing to financial process improvements and maintaining internal controls. Key Responsibilities:
Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Assist with payroll accounting and reconciliations
Generate financial reports for management analysis Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience
Robust understanding of full-cycle accounting principles
Experience in tax filings including GST and PST
Proficiency with ERP systems, Acumatica preferred
