In this pivotal role, you will lead lululemon’s brand protection efforts, focusing on intellectual property enforcement and fighting against counterfeit activities. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial in reinforcing lululemon's market presence and consumer trust. You will tackle challenges in both physical and digital marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement strategies to combat unauthorized resale and counterfeiting
• Work with foreign and domestic customs to enforce brand regulations




• Investigate and address issues of brand dilution and safety
• Design digital monitoring strategies across various platforms
• Support litigation efforts and brand defense initiatives
Requirements:
• 5+ years in brand protection or IP-related practice
• JD, LLB, or similar legal degree
• Admission to practice law in Canada and/or the U.S.
• Experience with enforcement agencies and IP law
• Expertise in digital brand commerce
