and 3+ years leading and building high-performance teams Experiences in a technical role in an Agile environment Proven track record in delivering large-scale multi-year projects/program Ability to lead software development teams on tight deadlines Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders with an open mindset Ability to quickly adapt and build a deep technical knowledge of their teams deliverable and operating model Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective data solutions using GCP services such as Big

Query, Cloud Spanner, and Cloud Storage (GCS).

Collaborate with enterprise architects and data engineering teams to define cloud-native data strategies aligned with business goals.

Oversee the design, development, and lifecycle management of scalable RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, ensuring adherence to best practices in security, versioning, and documentation.

Establish governance frameworks for API standards, including OpenAPI specifications, authentication protocols (OAuth2/JWT), and integration patterns across microservices.

Have a continuous improvement mindset and be willing to lead by example Familiar with open-source Dev

Ops tools (Bitbucket/GIT, Jenkins, Artifactory, Gradle, Docker) Significant hands-on experience with multiple programming languages and SOLID principles, experience with a wide spectrum of technologies with emphasis on low latency, scalable,



fault-tolerant platforms/applications with 24-7 Availability Strong communication skills will be speaking with Stakeholders, Business Partners, Operation Teams, and Developers (translating conversations into requirements) Solid understanding of wealth management concepts, and workflows.
