Job Description In-Room Dining (IRD) is not aconvenience,it is a private, curated extension of our culinary and service philosophy.

Delivering it well requires discretion, composure, and deep respect for guest privacy.

As an In-Room Dining Server, you are the quiet deliverer of comfort and care.

You bring restaurant-caliber food and beverage into the guests personal space with intention, precision, and emotional awareness.

Every knock, every setup, and every interactionisthoughtfully paced and intentionally restrained,allowing guests to feel indulged without interruption.

Start Date: August2026 Contract Type: Full-Time/Permanent/Seasonal positions available What You''ll Be Doing Service Delivery & Guest Experience Deliver in-room dining orders with quiet professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail Present and set up orders thoughtfully using cloches, linens, trays, and service ware Read and respect guest cues related to privacy, timing, and personal space Support elevated breakfast journeys and private dining experiences Deliver surprise amenities, VIP touches, and pre-arrival experiences with discretion Operational Excellence Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of IRD equipment, pantries, and stations Communicate clearly and accurately with the IRD Lead Server and Culinary teams Follow precise service standards, delivery timing, and presentation expectations Support opening, closing, and restocking duties Qualifications What You Bring Alberta

ProServe

Certification required.

Previousin-room dining /room service experience, preferably in a luxury environment Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and organized in fast-paced environments.

Comfort using Micros POS and handling cash/card transactions.

special occasions, or surprise moments with discretion Knowledge of cocktails, beer and wine.

Experience working in the Bow Valley.

Physical Demands Continuous walking and standing throughout long shifts Frequent lifting and carrying up to 11lbs/ 5kg; occasionallifting upto 22lbs/ 10kg Frequent reaching, bending, and maneuvering in a crowded, energetic environment Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-noise, social atmosphere Visa Requirements: Must be legallyauthorizedto work in Canada.

The hotel is unable toassistcandidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
