As part of our centralized Service Booking team, you''ll help customers across multiple dealerships by: Booking and adjusting service appointments Answering inbound customer calls and inquiries Following up with customers regarding recommended maintenance and service Coordinating with dealership service departments to provide a seamless customer experience Maintaining accurate customer information and appointment details Using multiple computer systems throughout the day in a fast-paced environment What We''re Looking For: We''re looking for someone who is: Friendly, qualified, and confident speaking on the phone Organized and comfortable multitasking Detail-oriented and accurate with data entry Comfortable learning new computer systems Positive, dependable, and enjoys working as part of a team Passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience About Bannister Automotive Group: At Bannister Automotive Group, our people are our greatest asset.
