Job Description Duties and Responsibilities: Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine positionspecifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strongcandidate slates, while building talent pipelines.

Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on theirprogress.

Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data andcompensation guidelines to support recommendations.

Mentor Recruiters and other team members.

Qualifications Position Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelors degree in business, management, human resources or related field (orequivalent experience).

Significant recruiting experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPOor agency setting.

Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)and social media tools.

Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics relatedto talent acquisition.

Skillset: Pharmaceutical R&D; experience required,Self starters and naturally curious, Consulting skills and ability to drive process,Knowledge of OFCCP (US),Experience sourcing with various tools,
