As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in patient advocacy and care management. You’ll apply your knowledge of clinical practices, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to support patients and their families effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and fluids through central lines
• Collaborate on patient care planning with the health care team




• Conduct assessments and document patient responses
• Uphold nursing standards in line with CLPNA guidelines
• Foster educational support and mentoring among peers
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Registration eligibility with CLPNA
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Required hemodialysis experience
• Effective communication and assessment skills
