This role, reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, involves a variety of landscaping tasks tailored to meet high community standards. Preferred candidates will have two years of experience and be adept at handling equipment and tools necessary for effective groundskeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out mowing, weed spraying, and fertilizing tasks
• Utilize snow removal machinery during winter
• Regularly service maintenance tools and equipment
• Conduct minor landscaping repairs including planting
• Ensure a clean, compliant property workplace
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of landscaping experience preferred
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required (Class 3 an asset)
• Dedication to customer service excellence
• Must be able to lift over 50lbs
• Open to weekend and extended shift work
