What You’ll Bring
Minimum 2 years’ experience providing career and employment services
Post-secondary education in a Human Services-related area
CCDP Certification is an asset
Knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices
Understanding of the local labour market
Social media, events planning, and Business to Business sales experience
Valid Class 5 driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Experience with Compass is an asset

What You’ll Do
Conduct Job Seeker intakes, managing the assessment process and developing Individual Action Plans
Provide ongoing 1:1 career and employment counselling, including job search strategies and self-marketing
Participate in outreach, Career Cafés, workshops, and event planning
Collaborate with the team to identify labour market trends and support program growth
Help create a positive, energetic, client-centered setting
