A well-established and growing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at a key Canadian site.

This role offers the chance to act as a trusted business partner to leaders while overseeing the full employee lifecycle, supporting organizational growth, and fostering a positive, high-performance workplace culture.

The successful candidate will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, providing leadership and guidance across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, HR systems, and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR lead for a mid-sized operational location, supporting leadership and employees on a broad range of human resources matters.

Partner with senior leadership to implement HR programs and initiatives that align with organizational goals and business priorities.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR operations.





Lead employee engagement and recognition initiatives that contribute to a positive workplace culture and employee experience.

Coach and support managers in performance management, employee development, succession planning, and talent retention strategies.

Ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation, internal policies, and HR best practices.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support payroll accuracy, employee data integrity, and HR reporting requirements.

Contribute to HR technology and process improvement initiatives, including system enhancements, data management, and user adoption.

Support workplace health and safety programs through documentation, training coordination, and policy compliance.

Participate in company-wide projects focused on organizational effectiveness, employee communications, and continuous improvement.
