As T3 continues to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our expanding operations.

About the role This is a hands-on role that keeps our operations running smoothly you''ll work closely with project managers and field crews to ensure work orders are processed and tracked, invoices are handled, and the books stay in order.

What you''ll do Create, issue,



and track work orders from initiation to completion Coordinate with project managers and field crews on work order status Process supplier and subcontractor invoices and coordinate approvals Maintain accurate records in accounting software Assist with accounts payable and receivable entries Reconcile work order costs against budgets and actuals Generate basic financial and work order reports Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems What we''re looking for 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in construction or trades Familiarity with work order management and basic bookkeeping Proficiency in Quick
