Factors Functional Analyst to join their project immediately and will run until January 2027, with possibility of an extension.

Factors experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to resolve both technical and functional issues.

Open to resources locally and across Canada.

Key Responsibilities: Customize and configure the Success

Factors system to meet specific business needs by applying best practices and ensuring consistency across processes and integrations with other systems.

Analyze business needs and translate them into explicit, detailed functional specifications.

Test and validate configurations and functionalities to ensure changes meet end-user requirements.

Support end users by analyzing and resolving functional issues.

Develop and maintain documentation related to configurations, functionalities, and integrations.

Experience with Boomi is an asset.

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
