Responsible for a full range of residential real estate transactions including preparing legal documents, managing communication with clients and third parties, and ensuring files are handled efficiently. This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize under time-sensitive conditions. A high level of confidentiality, discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and edit emails, letters, statements, and other complex legal documents
- Understanding of bank forms and financing related to real estate transactions
- Experience with residential sales, purchases, mortgages and preparation of related documents
- Manage disbursement entries, time entries, and client billings
- Knowledge of Corporate Registry, Land Titles Registry
- Maintain digital and physical filings
- Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite package,
including Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience
- Strong understanding of residential real estate procedures
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and document formatting/proofreading skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining strict confidentiality
