Penske Logistics is looking for warehouse associates to join an excellent team in a safe and dynamic environment.

Location: 1 Quality Way, Windsor, ON

Pay: $27.17 per hour (Temporary-Part Time, three-shift rotation)

Shift Availability: Night Shift: 11 pm – 7 am; Day Shift: 7 am – 3 pm; Afternoon Shift: 3 pm – 11 pm.

Major Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse mechanical equipment as applicable.
- Load and unload trailers.
- Open and close dock doors.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Move materials within the warehouse.
- Comply with all safety requirements.
- Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system.
- Update existing records and review data for errors or inconsistencies.
- Communicate with internal departments for clarification.
- Use basic math skills.
- Complete quality control checks.
- Perform other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

- At least 1 year of warehouse experience with a sit‑down, counterbalance forklift.
- Experience with material‑handling equipment (hand or power tools, hand truck) preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.
- Ability to work independently, provide customer service,



multitask, and organize effectively.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Adaptable to work overtime preferred.
- Ability to work in non‑climate controlled conditions required.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function.
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, and comply with Penske employment application and reference verification processes.

Physical Requirements

- Must remember and understand instructions, guidelines, and other information.
- Must see, observe, and have the vision abilities required for job tasks (close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, adjust focus).
- Must hear, understand, and distinguish speech or other sounds needed for job duties.
- Must frequently move, stand, walk, sit, and use hands to touch, handle, feel, reach with hands and arms.
- Must regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally lift or move up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
