As a Security Officer, you will provide a secure atmosphere for clients and staff by enforcing law and order and responding to emergencies at PMH facilities. Your role involves cooperation with law enforcement, training security personnel, and monitoring security systems. You will also address threats to safety through conflict resolution and crisis intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain law and order across PMH designated sites
• Conduct emergency response and manage incidents as required
• De-escalate hostile situations using crisis techniques




• Support security personnel training and development
• Patrol premises, reporting damages and security issues
Requirements:
• Eligible for licensure as a Security Officer in Manitoba
• Experience with Microsoft programs and security systems
• Class 5 Drivers Licence and vehicle access
• Ability to work independently in high-stress situations
• Knowledge of issues facing vulnerable populations
