Become a Reclamation Assessor with AER, focusing on technical reviews and stakeholder collaboration in Calgary or Medicine Hat. Drive compliance with Alberta’s reclamation standards. We are seeking a full time Reclamation Assessor as part of our Enterprise Reclamation team.

Your role will involve reviewing reclamation applications, ensuring environmental performance, and engaging with external stakeholders to address concerns. A solid background in environmental criteria will be pivotal. Key Responsibilities:
Review compliance of reclamation certificate applications
Address external concerns related to reclamation
Provide guidance on policy and variances
Clarify reclamation requirements with consultants
Contribute to the AER vision through strategic input Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant fields
6+ years of direct reclamation experience
Proficient knowledge of Alberta 2010 Reclamation Criteria
Robust understanding of native vegetation
