Do Provide Level 1 / Level 1.5 technical support for desktops, laptops, software, and business applications Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues Support Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications Perform Active Directory user administration including account creation, password resets, and access management Support users working remotely through Remote Desktop Services (RDS) Assistwith administration and support of business applications, including CRM, LMS, and operational software Configure and deploy computers, monitors, phones, and other end-user equipment Support VOIP phone setup and troubleshooting Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures within the ticketing system Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members whenrequired Participate in ongoing IT initiatives and continuous improvement projects Deliver friendly,

Looking For 13 years of experience in an IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support role Experience supporting Windows 10/11 in a business environment Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Basic experience with Active Directory administration Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Nice to Have: Exposure to CRM, LMS, or other enterprise applications Basic networking knowledge Experience supporting Remote Desktop Services (RDS) VOIP phone support experience Basic scripting experience (Power
