Supervisor,youare responsible forleading your team to achieve key performance indicators during your shift.
The primary role is focused on quality performance, cost, service, and safety targets while developing your Team Members on different production lines.
You will interact and collaborate daily with people leadersin alldifferent kindsofdepartmentin the plant, including Quality, Operations, Packaging,Processing,Traffic, Warehouse, and
Maintenanceas you motivate and inspire your team,eliminatebarriers, and problem solve.
You will have the opportunity to learn the business from the groundup anddevelop leadership skills by attending continuous improvement training with the goal of leading a front-line team.
