Main Responsibilities Coordinate the activities of the sanitation team and oversee daily operations on-site.

Ensure compliance with cleaning, disinfection, and sanitation programs according to established standards and procedures.

Conduct inspections, participate in GMP tours, identify discrepancies, and follow up on corrective actions.

Contribute to trend analysis related to environmental results, equipment, swabs, and luminometer readings.

Investigate sanitation-related non-conformities and deviations, and implement necessary corrective and preventive measures.

Ensure the availability, compliance, and updating of documentation related to sanitation activities.

Collaborate with operational teams, maintenance, and external suppliers to plan and support sanitation activities.

Act as the primary contact for pest management, ensuring follow-up on visits, reports, and required actions.

Participate in staff training and maintain food safety programs.

Requirements College diploma, vocational training, or any relevant education in food, quality, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Availability for periodic night shift presence.
