Days / Afternoons swing shift (6:00 a.m 3:30 p.m / 3:30 p.m 1:00 a.m) Monday through Friday. *Will consider a junior candidate with some production manufacturing leadership experience.

Location: Windsor, ON Job Description: The Production Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading a production team to safely achieve daily production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.

This role develops employees, manages department performance, resolves production issues, and drives continuous improvement.

Duties to include: Lead, coach, train, and develop production employees to build a high-performing, cross-trained team.

Manage daily production schedules to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.

Assign personnel and equipment to maximize efficiency and achieve production targets.

Ensure employees have the tools, materials, training, and support required for success.

Monitor production performance, investigate variances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.





Exercise authority to stop production or shipments when quality or safety standards are compromised.

Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to resolve issues and improve performance.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost.

Develop and maintain work instructions, procedures, and employee training documentation.

Prepare department budgets, manpower plans, and capacity plans.

Lead capital equipment planning and implementation projects.

Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field preferred; Equivalent manufacturing leadership experience will be considered.

Previous supervisory or manufacturing leadership experience in a production environment.

Strong leadership, coaching, employee development, and conflict resolution skills.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, MRP/JIT systems, and performance metrics.

Proficient computer skills and experience working within ERP/MRP systems.

Experience in ISO or other quality-certified manufacturing environments is preferred.
