Manage the Provincial Cancer Treatment Centre, providing leadership across Queen Elizabeth and Prince County Hospitals. This role focuses on delivering exemplary, patient-centered oncology services aligned with provincial standards.
In the position of Manager, you will oversee daily operations of cancer treatment services at both hospital sites. Collaborating closely with the Oncology Department Head and healthcare teams, you will implement best practices in patient care, policy development, and resource management. Your leadership will cultivate teamwork and ensure compliance with safety regulations, thus improving service delivery while prioritizing quality and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operational functions across QEH and PCH CTC
• Develop and enforce cancer treatment policies and protocols




• Ensure appropriate staffing and resource allocation
• Implement quality improvement strategies for patient care
• Coordinate interdepartmental collaboration and communication
Requirements:
• Degree in a health-related discipline
• Significant experience in cancer care or acute hospital setting
• Proven management and team leadership skills
• Familiarity with oncology treatment practices
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and travel
