As a Superintendent, you will lead all mill maintenance planning and scheduling activities, ensuring resources are allocated optimally. You'll be accountable for the planning team while enhancing plant reliability through effective maintenance strategies and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and prioritize planning team schedules
Maintain asset hierarchies and optimize maintenance data

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering
Five years in a leadership position
