This role within the Human Resources team calls for a detail-oriented individual knowledgeable in Human Resources Information Systems.

You will interface directly with clients to provide valuable advice while leveraging your expertise in database management and human resource metrics to improve internal processes and training initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary contact for HRIS-related inquiries
Manage the administration of HR information systems
Optimize processes while ensuring data accuracy
Deliver insightful reports and metrics for HR decision-making
Conduct training on employee web services Requirements:
Degree in HR, business or information systems
At least 3 years in a similar role
Familiarity with Banner, Oracle, or SAP is preferred
Solid organizational and analytical skillset
