Develop leadership and safety strategies across operations
Establish compliance and safety management systems
Oversee risk management and hazard prevention initiatives
Manage personal protective equipment (PPE) programs
Prepare for emergency response and safety performance improvement Requirements:
CRSP or CRST designation is mandatory
10+ years in Health and Safety roles
Strong knowledge of industry standards and legislation
Proven leadership and communication capabilities
