This position involves meticulous record keeping, claims reporting, and providing expert support on health and safety matters. Additionally, you will assist staff and management while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate WSIB claims records and reporting
Analyze incident trends for proactive safety measures
Conduct workplace inspections and recommend safety improvements




Assist in delivering necessary safety training programs
Build relationships with community safety partners Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety or HR
Minimum 2 years of related experience in a unionized environment
Solid knowledge of WSIB legislation and protocols
Proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office
