Position Description In this very important position, you will work closely with the customer support team and report to the divisions senior management.

Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through precision and accuracy in picking, packing and preparing orders for both domestic and global shipping.

Evaluate and manage employee performance and order fulfillment efforts.

Oversee a unionized team of up to 5-10 employees,



in addition to a small number of team leads.

Collaborate with management on employee disciplinary action, attendance and performance.

Maintain accuracy of inventory and shipping.

Provide guidance and position requirements to employees, and training if/when necessary.

Collaborate with production purchasing and QA/QC teams to solve issues, provide information and answers to questions pertaining to order fulfillment.

Ready, pack, and arrange scheduling and route orders for delivery.

Collaborate with other teams and departments.

Experience Experience and/or background in distribution, warehousing and shipping an asset.

Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing is an asset.

Experience working with shipping leads, supervisors and logistics/supply chain supervisors is an advantage.

Qualifications Prior supervisory positions within in a manufacturing environment.
