Lead financial systems and policies as the Associate Manager for the Town of Aurora. You will enhance financial reporting and dashboards while ensuring data integrity in this full time role.
Reporting to the Manager of Financial Reporting and Revenues, you'll oversee financial system processes and policy development. Your position will focus on managing system improvements, coordinating with IT, and training staff on best practices. This role supports the Town’s asset management program through modernization and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support financial management modernization through asset management expertise
• Maintain data integrity through financial policy development
• Design and implement system reports and dashboards




• Ensure annual financial statements meet reporting requirements
• Lead Finance staff in training and evaluations
Requirements:
• CPA designation and relevant university degree required
• PMP certification preferred
• Minimum five years experience in systems implementation
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Solid communication skills with diverse stakeholders
