Develop and analyze grievances at all levels of the process




Manage responses to CHRC complaints and related procedures
Support strike preparedness and essential services agreements
Provide expert advice on complex labour relations issues
Mentor and guide junior Labour Relations Advisors Requirements:
Extensive experience in Labour Relations consulting
Proven background with grievance and CHRC processes
Exceptional writing and analytical abilities
Bilingual fluency in English and French
