We are looking for a qualified Superintendent with a solid background in construction to manage various projects.

The role involves maintaining daily logs, conducting orientations, and facilitating collaboration with trade partners. Your expertise will enhance the quality and efficiency of diverse projects within our portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
Document construction activities through daily logs
Facilitate weekly site meetings to track progress
Conduct Toolbox Talks to ensure team safety
Manage handovers and warranty documentation for clients
Supervise trade partners and support field staff Requirements:
At least 5 years as a Site Superintendent
Proficient in computer applications for stakeholder communication
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Knowledgeable of Worksafe BC safety standards
Valid Driver’s License and First Aid certification preferred Drive excellence in project execution with Gerry Enns Contracting in a agile supervisory role.
