In this position, you will execute meal preparation according to specific clinical study protocols. As a Meal Cook, you will report to the Sous Chef and collaborate closely with Study Coordinators. Key tasks include maintaining an orderly kitchen, ensuring food safety, and assisting in meal service to study subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals based on dietary requirements and study protocols
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness according to health standards
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist in serving meals to clinical study subjects
• Perform cleaning duties as scheduled
Requirements:
• Food preparation certificate or equivalent preferred
• Completion of Food Handlers course is a plus
• Experience in the food service industry
• Solid communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
