and apply mold-prevention treatments Document moisture readings and photos; report findings to your Project Manager Perform demolition/removal of damaged materials when required Deliver calm, professional service to customers on their worst day What We''re Looking For Valid BC Driver''s License (Class 5) with a clean driver''s abstract 6+ months restoration or related trades experience preferred strong candidates without experience will be trained Physically capable: lifting equipment up to 5075 lbs, working in damp or confined conditions Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a crew Available for on-call rotation (approx. one week per month) and occasional overtime Legally eligible to work in Canada Location & Schedule Field-based across Greater Vancouver.

Full-time, Monday

Friday plus on-call rotation.
