Job Description Pick, issue, receive, sign for, stock, inspect and organize the aircraft maintenance related parts, material, and equipment Performs administrative functions associated with processing aircraft parts and company supplies Conduct inventory cycle counts on regular basis and investigate to reconcile any discrepancies Ensure proper handling of the aircraft parts during transactions, shipping and receiving to avoid damage or operational delays Maintain records of requisitions; receive and issue materials/parts according to the requisitions submitted Enter all inventory transactions along with repairs ETA into the inventory management system to maintain accurate inventory records Provide coverage when other staff members are away because of training, outreach, or vacation leave Deliver and pick-up parts from local vendors/shops, if required Loading and unloading of freight from various means of transportation Ensures proper handling of calibrated equipment and entries into the database.
Maintain a well-organized receiving area,
