In this role, you will provide essential assessments and personalized nursing care to clients with diverse mental health needs while working closely with RNs and RPNs. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care both at home and in community settings
• Monitor and assess clients' health and well-being




• Attend interdisciplinary planning meetings to enhance care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient observations
• Support clients in daily living and therapeutic activities
Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program
• Current practicing registration with BCCNM
• Valid BC Driver's License
• Certifications in First Aid and CPR
• Ability to establish rapport with patients and work collaboratively
