About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Metals Estimator (minimum 2 years' experience) to prepare accurate, competitive estimates for ACM panels, metal siding, soffits, roofing systems, custom sheet metal, and other building envelope projects.

Responsibilities
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project scope.
Perform quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam and prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment, freight, and subcontractors.
Identify scope gaps, prepare RFIs/RFPs, review addenda, and update estimates.
Develop value engineering options and prepare complete bid packages, including quotations, inclusions/exclusions, and pricing.
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, consultants, project managers, and drafting teams while meeting tender deadlines.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of estimating experience in architectural metals.
Experience with ACM panels,



metal siding, custom sheet metal, soffits/fascia, roofing systems, and building envelope assemblies.
Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, construction drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Robust analytical, organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Construction Engineering, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, Building Science, or a related field.
Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Canadian construction/tendering practices.
