As the FP&A; Manager for Real Estate, you'll report to the AVP, Financial Planning & Analysis while engaging with leaders across Real Estate and Finance. Your role will include forecasting, planning, and financial analysis that impacts long-range plans. You'll also be coaching analysts and ensuring key initiatives influence financial strategy and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior leaders
• Own Real Estate P&L; forecasting, including occupancy expenses




• Collaborate with stakeholders for practical financial recommendations
• Coach analysts and foster a supportive team culture
• Modernize reporting and planning with automated tools
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• 5–7+ years in finance or FP&A;, ideally in real estate
• CPA, CFA, or MBA designation preferred
• Robust financial modeling and reporting skills
• Knowledge of Power BI, PeopleSoft, or Hyperion
