In this special project role, you will collaborate closely with the broader Change Management team, project sponsors, and technical teams to enhance the student and staff experience through the Banner Business Transformation Project. You'll apply the Prosci methodology to develop structured change management plans while engaging stakeholders and addressing change impacts throughout the project life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply Prosci Change Management Methodology and ADKAR model
• Develop change management deliverables and communications




• Conduct change readiness and impact assessments
• Coordinate training plans with end-user support
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives
Requirements:
• 4-year degree in relevant field
• Prosci certification required
• 5 years of change management experience
• Robust communication skills for diverse audiences
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships
