This part time role requires expertise in Applied Behaviour Analysis and focuses on directly supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. As the RBA, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to assess, implement, and evaluate behaviour support plans, all while reporting to the Clinical Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct clinical interventions for clients
• Develop Behaviour Support Plans with the support team




• Conduct training and workshops on behavioural strategies
• Facilitate presentations related to Applied Behaviour Analysis
Requirements:
• Registered RBA in valuable standing with the College
• Master’s degree relevant to behaviour analysis
• Minimum three years of experience in the field
• Knowledge of Functional Behavioural Assessments
• Valid Driver’s License and personal transportation required
