Under the guidance of the Senior Manager, you will implement collective bargaining strategies and manage grievance processes. Candidates should possess experience in a highly unionized setting, with well-developed skills in research, analysis, and cost presentation. Your contributions will be key in shaping labour relations practices at Extendicare.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a collective bargaining preparation framework
• Establish grievance and arbitration data reporting processes
• Ensure accurate costing of agreements with Finance




• Conduct market research and analysis for negotiations
• Assist in resolving grievances with Payroll and HR
Requirements:
• Degree in Labour or Industrial Relations preferred
• Advanced problem-solving and mathematical skills
• Knowledge of labour law and legislation
• Familiarity with Workday or similar HCM systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe software
