Become a vital part of Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope as a CDL Driver, delivering architectural glass and building products. This full time role features a structured Monday to Friday schedule with overtime available.
At OBE, we prioritize relationships, ensuring our workspace feels welcoming and supportive. As a CDL Driver, you’ll provide excellent customer service while adhering to safety protocols and delivering goods without damage. Responsibilities include operating safely, loading and unloading glass, and managing in office customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure protected operation of all driving equipment
• Conduct pre-trip inspections for safety
• Load and unload glass at job sites
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
• Report any damaged shipments promptly
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1, Class 3, or Class 5 driver's license
• Minimum of 2 years driving experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Proficiency with ELD and securement practices
• Positive, customer service-oriented mindset
