Key Responsibilities:
• Provide practical and emotional support during crises
• Forge trusting relationships with community members
• Facilitate access to traditional knowledge and practices
• Engage in crisis response as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Assist in developing cultural community programs
Requirements:
• At least three years’ experience supporting Indigenous populations
• Comprehensive understanding of Secwépemc values and traditions
• Solid relationship-building and communication skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice
• Crisis intervention training preferred or to be completed
