Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks Load, unload and transport construction materials Measure weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position or place equipment and materials Perform pre-operational inspection Clean and lubricate cranes Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades Operate pile driving cranes to drive pilings into earth to provide support for buildings and other structures Instruct apprentices Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt Operate cranes equipped with dredging attachments to dredge waterways and other areas Assemble tower cranes on site Help medical examiner in charge Operate gantry cranes to load and unload ship cargo at port side Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction Operate locomotive cranes to move objects and materials at railway yards Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites Operate bridge or overhead cranes to lift,
