If anyone is interested, please share your resume to Role: Autodesk/Engineering Application Support Lead Location: Toronto, ON Work Mode: Onsite Job Description We are seeking an experienced Autodesk/Engineering Application Support Lead to provide technical leadership, implementation, administration, and operational support for Autodesk engineering applications.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients to design, configure, and optimize Autodesk solutions while ensuring high availability, performance, and successful adoption of engineering applications.
Key Responsibilities Lead the administration, configuration, and support of Autodesk engineering applications including Autodesk Vault, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Inventor .
Work directly with clients and engineering teams to understand business requirements and recommend optimal Autodesk solutions.
Design, implement, configure, and customize Autodesk products based on business and engineering needs.
Optimize engineering workflows, CAD standards, document management, and product lifecycle management processes.
Provide L2/L3 support for Autodesk applications, troubleshooting application, licensing, integration, and performance issues.
Support installation, upgrades, patching, migration, and deployment of Autodesk software.
Configure user access, permissions, templates, libraries, and engineering standards.
Collaborate with infrastructure, desktop, and application teams to ensure system availability and performance.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive solutions.
Provide end-user training,
technical guidance, and knowledge transfer to engineering teams.
Develop technical documentation, SOPs, configuration guides, and support runbooks.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and change management processes.
Required Skills Robust hands-on experience with Autodesk Vault, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, and Engineering Application Support .
Experience implementing and configuring Autodesk solutions for enterprise engineering environments.
Strong understanding of CAD administration, engineering workflows, and document lifecycle management.
Experience troubleshooting Autodesk applications, integrations, licensing, and performance issues.
Knowledge of engineering design processes, PDM/PLM concepts, and CAD standards.
Experience supporting Windows environments and engineering application deployments.
Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills Experience with Autodesk APIs, scripting, and automation.
Knowledge of PLM/PDM platforms and engineering collaboration tools.
Experience with ITIL processes and Service

Exposure to Power
Shell or other scripting languages.
Autodesk Certified Professional or related certifications are preferred.
