The Opportunity The Sales Administrator is a key member of our team, acting as the centralized quotation department that supports our sales representatives with accurate pricing and proposals.
This role suits someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a genuine interest in delivering an excellent customer experience.
What You''ll Do Manage processes to ensure accurate product pricing at all times Design and administer pricing for stock inventory promotions, in collaboration with Sales Management Support pricing and proposal preparation for open houses, shows, and special events Produce accurate, timely priced proposals for the sales team as the centralized quote department Verify accurate costing of product arrivals,
in collaboration with Accounting Administer pricing and listings for used machinery Verify pricing and margins on prospective deals and support price negotiations Maintain and update the company''s CRM system Process sales orders with the sales team and dealer network, and coordinate with Accounting on deposits What You Bring 12 years of experience supporting a sales team Post-secondary education (Diploma or Bachelor''s Degree), preferably in business or sales administration Strong mathematical skills and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or another CRM/ERP system is an asset Familiarity with Photoshop is a plus Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask under deadlines A detail-oriented, accurate, and thorough approach to work Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work autonomously and take initiative, with strong follow-up skills A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for customer service Working Conditions Normal business hours, with occasional evening work as needed Office-based role requiring extended periods at a computer Ability to stay focused in a busy, open-area office and manage multiple deadlines
