Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Work setting Pharmacy or drugstore Tasks Ensure the information on prescriptions is accurate Enter client information in databases Help pharmacists Maintain inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products Maintain prescription records Prepare medications for clients Bill third party insurers Computer and technology knowledge Kroll Software MS Office Security and safety Criminal record check Work conditions and physical capabilities Quick-paced environment Repetitive tasks Manual dexterity Work under pressure Attention to detail Ability to distinguish between colours Combination of sitting, standing, walking Screening questions Do you have experience working in this field?
