Description

- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits preferred.
- Ability to act as the Benefits Module Stream Lead , owning the Benefits workstream throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead design workshops, manage client stakeholders, and collaborate with the overall HR Transformation Lead.
- Develop, maintain, and own Benefits design and configuration workbooks, while guiding client teams on processes and best practices.
- Manage and coordinate offshore support and configuration resources.
- Demonstrated end-to-end implementation experience, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support of the SuccessFactors Benefits module.
- Experience integrating Benefits with the broader SuccessFactors suite, including Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, and third-party benefits providers .




- Strong understanding of employee benefits administration , including health and welfare plans, retirement programs, eligibility rules, enrollments, life events, and benefits compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze and translate complex business requirements into scalable Benefits solutions.
- Experience working with large, complex organizations, preferably within unionized and regulated industries , including utilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business and HR stakeholders.
- Travel required on a periodic basis to Current Brunswick and ability to work within Atlantic Standard Time (AST) business hours.
