In this permanent position, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety of Ryder's facility and the people within it. Responsibilities include checking IDs, signing in visitors, and conducting inspections on personal belongings to maintain security standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all employee identification is verified prior to entry
• Register all visitors and vendors and contact the right personnel
• Inspect personal items for compliance with security protocols
• Follow the SOP8.12 Logistics Security guidelines
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
• Requires High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years' security experience required
• Understanding of secure work practices and PPE
• Knowledge of quality assurance documentation
• Proficient in computer and communication skills
