In this full-time role, you will collaborate with the Program Director and staff to implement the HighScope® curriculum, focusing on language, pre-math, and emotional development. As a key leader, your expertise in the CCEYA and How Does Learning Happen? will guide program activities and create a positive learning space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a secure, warm, and caring workplace
• Collaborate to plan and develop engaging activities
• Ensure accurate attendance records daily
• Monitor child safety and whereabouts consistently
• Follow health and safety policies in all operations
Requirements:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Valid registration with the College of ECE
• Experience with young children in group settings
• Knowledge of CCEYA regulations and licensing
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification
