Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a comprehensive HSE management system
• Lead change initiatives for embracing safety standards




• Collaborate with field SMEs for incident investigations
• Oversee a real-time safety monitoring program
• Ensure audit-readiness and compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in HSE within industrial or trades environments
• Robust record in ISO 45001/14001 program development
• In-depth knowledge of OHS legislation and workforce compliance
• Leadership capabilities with senior execs and field experts
• Proficiency in multi-provincial safety considerations
