Join Hamilton Sports Group as a Community Engagement Coordinator responsible for player scheduling and event management for the Tiger-Cats and Forge FC. This full time role focuses on impactful community relations.
Located at Hamilton Stadium, you will collaborate closely with community partners to execute events and programs that resonate within the community. This position requires a keen ability to manage multiple tasks, from hosting player appearances to coordinating details for various events, all while tracking outcomes that perk community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate player appearances efficiently
• Lead execution of community events and programs
• Manage Forge FC’s community activations and partnerships
• Fulfill community ticket requests and donations
• Provide guidance to Community Partnerships interns
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in sports management or similar
• Experience in community relations or event planning (1–3 years)
• Robust organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management tools; Asana preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license
Drive community engagement through strategic sports initiatives and relationship building at HSG.
