In thispositionthe

Supervisorwill direct and schedule Coal Oil Johnnys Pub staff as well as manage inventory of all relevant products and supplies.

Theprimary goal is to ensure thatguests have an enjoyable and memorable experience in ourfull-servicepub.

Working closely with the Front of

Houseandkitchen team to ensureagreatcustomerexperienceto all guests in the day lodge. IMMEDIATE REPORTS: Bar Assistant Supervisor Bartender/Server SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Order, receive andmaintaininventory for all bar supplies and ensureappropriate amountsof beer and liquor are kept on site.

Hire, supervise and schedule the bar staff and ensure sufficient staffing levels Ensure the terms and conditions of Liquor License agreement are followed Provide friendly, effective service to lounge guests whilemaintaining

Serving It Right principles Maintain clean, organized workarea: bar, tables,



and storage areas Accurate cash handling throughout the day and daily cash reconciliation Communicate effectively withkitchento ensure smooth food service Implement all Whitewater policies and procedures Set up and teardown of thepub, preand post season Resolve customer complaints as well as any internal conflicts between staff Participate in supervisorand departmentmeetings as scheduled.

Ensurepracticeof health and safety regulations are followed Other duties as assigned Champion a sustainable approach in daily operations, planning, and development.

Promote Whitewaters safety culture by reviewing but not limited to: Department

Manuals, Employee Handbook.

Work to achieve department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) toassistin achieving organizational goals.

Embrace, promote and follow Whitewaters mission statement and values.

Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities asrequiredfrom time to time. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION: 2 years experience supervisingata table service food and beverage establishment.

Knowledge of Auphan an asset.
